Product / Return Policies

We are glad you purchased products from as part of our product offering, we offer the following policies

If you let us know through an email claim within 30 days of receiving an order that you have a product defect
(with pictures and verification), we will email you back with a response indicating one of the following options:
product exchange, refunded amount, or invalid claim. Invalid claims can be resubmitted one additional review time but will require additional information. Unfortunately, products submitted as defective product claims without verification and validation will not be provided a refund or exchange. There are no guarantees for exchanges or refunds.

If you do not have a product defect but no longer wish to have the product that you purchased, for any reason,
you can return it within 10 days of purchase with the receipt, the product must be clean and free of wear.
If you submit a product return claim with the receipt and timestamp within the 10 days, we will kindly respond with a return postmark date window and address to send the product back to.

Claims can take up to 30 days to review and will contain additional instructions in response.

We encourage any and all claims to contain as much information as possible including but not limited to
pictures, short clip video, description, purchase receipt, and any other relevant items.
